Hello,

No matter what format I select, when I go to export timings, I get empty cells. For example, when exporting a CSV, I get the following:

Does anyone know why question timings do not show up? I see them in the MySQL Database:

1 : timing table was created for group by group AND question by question.
It's seems i(s a question by question survey : then X13time is NULL

2 : are you sure reponse id 11, 12 , 14 etc … was completed ?

3 : not a lot of people use timing table (in my opinion : we must remove this option form core to a cleaner plugin)

1. I don't understand how timings can be made for group by group and question by question, and yet when I'm using question by question I don't get timings. See below how I have it set up. All the questions are under one group. I believe this is still question-by-question, as that's how it appears in the survey itself. It is under one group because I can't create questions without a group.

2. Yes, those individuals did not complete the survey, but regardless there are other individuals that have, and their timings aren't included in the CSV.

What should I do to have the timings of those who completed the survey included in this CSV export?

X13time : group 13 ; X13X24time : question 24 in group 13.

If survey are in group by group : X13 is filled, X13X24 stay empty
If survey are in question by question : X13 stay empty, X13X24 is filled

I see number in X13X24time, X13X25time :)

I'm Version 4.1.6+200220

If you can update and check : surely an issue

Yes, there are numbers in the database, but these numbers are not in the CSV. That's my entire issue, that I see no timings in the CSV.

And it looks like I'm question by question because in the database X13X24 is filled (Group 13 Question 24) for people who have responded.

If you are not sure why there are no timings in the CSV, please let me know and I will attempt an upgrade to see if it fixes the issue.

Global advice : don't use 4.X in production if you don't have some PHP competence …

So I need to update to solve this issue? Or will this issue persist after an update? I notice Limesurvey is on 4.3.2 now.

I would use 3.x LTS for production surveys.
