Tokenbased survey interrupted by message asking for token was created by mcovents
Hello,

We have sent a tokenbased survey to about 6000 people.
So far about 1000 respondents completed the survey, about 400 completed only a part of the survey.

About 1 % of the respondents complained that they were asked to give a token at the end of the questionnaire (see screenshot). However, looking at the data, this seems to be on different pages in the survey.
Additionally, from the mails we receive from our respondents, we suspect there are considerably more than the 1% that send us a complaint/message about the problem.

What could be the cause of this?

Not sure if it will solve the problem, but you are currently running a version of Limesurvey that hasn't been updated for over a year.

The current version of your branch is 3.22.20+200616.

When you update, update to this version (don't update to 4.x yet for a production environment).
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
