Changing labels on array questions

Changing labels on array questions was created by AAnderson
Hi, I'm trying to change the numbered array (1-10) to one that uses words, such as strongly agree, agree, none, disagree, strongly disagree.
I've tried using label sets but it only adds the labels to my sub-questions?
Any advice please?

Use a normal array question.
