First of all, I have extend the themes from 'bootswatch' and edit the extended version to my own custom themes. But after I have applied my custom themes to my survey then I run preview the survey and there is an error show that "500: Internal Server Error Object of class stdClass could not be converted to string". Can I know what have occur this error and how to fix this ?

What LimeSurvey version are you using?

Maybe it's a problem with the survey. Can you attach a survey export (.lss file)?

Hi thanks for your reply, I am sure that it does not have any business with the survey question that I created. It works fine to run preview survey with original themes, it will only get the error when i run it with my custom themes. Thus I will still attach the files that you required.

Can you fix too the issue when loaded a survey for the 1st time.

The issue is here since 3.0 start, when import a survey without theme, debug > 1.
Launch survey : no $option
Relaucn : option is done

There are a bad order somewhere.
