1. I created a survey if I try to view it in "preview mode" it requests a token. How do I turn this off?
You have created a token table / participant table, therefore LS requests a token. The preview shows basically what the survey would look like, if it would be running. How else would you test a token based survey?
2. How do I share the survey with my supervisor without activating the survey?
He would need to have access to the LS backend. But, what is the problem in activating the survey, let your supervisor test it, once everything is fine you deactivate it (which will clean your response table) and then you prepare everything for the actual field.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
