Missing "Save" button in "Group edit"

Missing "Save" button in "Group edit" was created by ryanben
Hello,
I try to edit group but can't save any changes because there is no save button. Any idea how to make save?


The edit group page can be reached within the admin by choosing a survey -> settings tab (in the right sidebar), scroll down to Survey menu -> Group list -> Edit group

(with the way to edit)
