Alignment of the array answer options

Hello!

I have a problem with the alignment of the answer options in an array question.
The options range from 0% to 100% and I added "never" and "always" to the first and last option, to make it more understandable for participants.
Now the percentages don't align in the first presentation of the options, but do in the repeat headers (I'll attach some pictures to clarify).

I tried to align the answers differently in the html-editor, but nothing works for the first and repeat headers to look the same. Changing it, so the first header looks nice always messes up the repeat headers...
Is there a way to have consistently aligned headers (without letting go of the "never" and "always" ;) )?
I couldn't find any answers to it yet, or is it just a bug??

I appreciate any help with this! Thanks in advance!

[strike]Put the words above the numbers. Not 100% what you want, but the numbers are aligned and it is a super simple and quick solution.[/strike]

OK, took me a bit to see what the problem is. My solution will solve one problem and create another one, I guess.

Add this to the end of your template.css file:

Code:
table.subquestion-list > thead > tr > th,
table.subquestion-list > tbody > tr.headings > th {
  vertical-align: top;
}
