Is there a way to merge the answers from 3-4 different questions (of the same question group) and present the result as a text in the questionnaire?
Being a novice in that, I would appreciate an advice "for dummies"

But you did not tell us, what exactly you want to "merge".
What does it mean? Are there numerical questions and you want to calculate something and display a message depending on the result?
Or text questions and you only want to repeat the entered texts?
Everything is possible with the implemented functions and Expression script.

So read the manual - the points tpartner advised.
Then create a prototype of your survey with these relevant questions and attach it here as *.lss export.
So we are able to help better.
