I have a problem very similar to

However my situation is very simple and I could not find an answer there. I also use version 3.18.0+190923


I created an anonymous survey with invitation code and only one mandatory question (test).

I invited myself, answered the survey up to the end page and I received the email confirmation that the survey was completed.

But when I look at the answers, I ss :

Total number of completed surveys : 1

Total number of answers : 0


Also, the links in the email to see or edit the questions lead to a 400 Bad request Error:

I'm at a loss. Any help would be appreciated !

your link refers to a 4 years old thread, about a different version (2.06).

So, what I'd do in such a situation:
1. Try again. Set up a new survey with one of the standard themes.
2. Update to the latest release (3.22.x. LTS) , and try again.

What to say more, if you did not attach a lss export of your test survey?

I can't upgrade LS since I'm using the version installed at my university.

I may be on to something.

In the Participants list, I tried the "Launch survey with this invitation" Action and the answer was recorded.

There finally seems to be a bug with the treatment of the answers when access is granted by the token embedded in the SURVEYURL.

I was able to go around it by sending the invitations with just the survey's base url and the TOKEN to be copied and pasted by the user and everything works fine.

I'll still suggest the move to 3.22 LTS.
