After I finished the design of the survey, when try to open in Mobile browser or iPad this message appear:

Caution: JavaScript execution is disabled in your browser. You may not be able to answer all questions in this survey. Please, verify your browser parameters.

Also, I have equation question , not working with it
And the template not appear only withe page with questions



Any one can help me with this

1. You deactivate js in your browser
2. YOu have JS issue in your template
3. You have issue in your equation that broke JS

There are issue with the assets directory due to some server restriction
survey.kaimrc.med.sa/LimeSurvey/tmp/assets/bcd1af8d/noto.css


Since all js and css are in survey.kaimrc.med.sa/LimeSurvey/tmp/assets/ directory : you must set it as trusted request

And : it's not related to LimeSurvey.

No, i can't because the Untrusted Request is not something general.
It's specific to your IT …

You have number in the link … IT should help you and not the other way around…
