Hi all,

I want to realize a new data collection wave with an existing and used survey. I want to clear the old participant table (with token) and upload a new table with a CSV file.

After deactivating the survey and deleting all data (participants and all), the CSV import option in the "Create new participants" is not there. Only "Add manually" and "Create fake participants"...

The only way out seems to be by creating a new survey by importing the structure. Then, the CSV import option appears.

Please tell me how we can re-use an already existing survey by resetting it and uploading a new CSV participant table !!

Unsure with 2.72+ but maybe you don't have the right to import token

Got myself a SuperAdmin account. It all works fine now.

Still don't understand why it didn't work tho'...
