Hi all,

I'm running a survey in these days. I realized that some conditioned questions that appear/disappear to partecipants in the correct way (I've tried before launching the survey and now, too) do not record data! In the same questions group, other questions work well. The survey is: "Indagine Isnart-Remtene 02 - dicembre 2019 (ID 195374)", for LS experts.






Can someone help me?

I see that the second question ("Se vi fossero...") does not appear in the statistics view but that may be because you have a filter applied.

Is there data recorded for that question in the display-responses view?

Hi, all the questions in the group result empty until d11 (the last in the group). D09a and D09b have condition based on d09. D10 has the same conditions as d09 (d04 and d04a =1); d10 has only one data recorded (a "non answer"); D10a has conditions based on d10.

According to the screenshots, only one respondent saw D09 (due to relevance?) and did not answer it so it's not surprising that D09a and D09b were not seen by anyone. I think you need to find why only one person saw D09. What is the exact relevance you used for that question?

Or, are you saying that D09 was definitely seen and answered by more than one respondent?

Yes, they should be 263.

You are using the Expression Manager assignment operator instead of "equals" which will likely mess with the relevance.

But questions appear to partecipant and they have clicked on, although data are not recorded. Is this possible?

If they questions are on the same page, they may be rendered irrelevant by that equation as the page is submitted and therefor no data is stored.
