The response ID is accessible by clicking on the "Responses" link under the "Survey Menu" of the main menu. It is different than the ID from the participants table.
Everyone who enters the survey gets assigned a sequential response ID whether they complete the survey or not. It is related to rhe response data table, not the token (participants) table.

Thank you. So in theory if I'm uploading or "creating" users in the participant table by group, or per survey, those sequential numbers would, in theory, all be allocated to one upload? I'm thinking this could be a way to use the statistics feature of LimeSurvey but narrow it down to a certain set of users, thereby assigning certain surveys to one group of users and another survey to another group whilst being able to produce statistics for each group.
Do I have that right?
Yeah, that method won't work - regardless of which group any user may be part of based on being bulk created by LimeSurvey in the backend, each user that completes the survey is *sequentially* numbered. Oh well.
