I have a survey that only consists of a single mandatory array (text) question with a single row with three columns. It uses the InviteFromSurvey plugin if that is important but its never been an issue in other surveys.
Now the problem is that when I try to answer this survey by filling in all text fields and confirming this the page "refreshes" and says that some mandatory fields was not filled in. Even using a regular expression instead of having it mandatory I got the same error.
1. LimeSUrvey version and build number ?
2. Template used ?
3. Ajac mode on or off ?
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.

As DenisChenu stated, you should try your survey again after checking two things
1.) Use a default theme (once that is shipped with LimeSurvey and is not modified).
2.) Check the theme settings for the AJAXMode. Deactviate the AJAXMode.
