Graphs not showing correctly

Graphs not showing correctly was created by KFlood
Hi there,

I am using lime survey online and can't seem to get the graphs to show properly in Statistics. The bar chart below is appearing in full colour when I log in to limesurvey (piechart2.png) but not when I download it.

I've had a look through the forum but can't find a post with a fix, however, if I've missed it, happy to be pointed in that direction.

Hi, what means "limesurvey online"?
Is it hosted at Limesurvey GmbH or do you host ist yourself?
And which version ofLimeSurvey are you using?

Hi Joffm,

I am not hosting it myself but using the online version, as in, logging in through a browser. It is LimeSurvey Version 3.17.13. If I need to update it, can I do this mid-survey, ie I have a live survey up at present.
