I designed my email for a survey and sent it out to the participants. I have added myself as and additional recipient to be sure the email was sent ok.
When the email came through there was loads of formatting errors. Every line in the email had a <p> at the beginning of the line, and also a few other similar issues. It didn't look very professional and I've had several comments back from the participants saying there was a glitch in the email.
I've tried everywhere to see what I can do to fix this issue as I have several more surveys to send out and would rather it look professional.
I've attached a copy of the email I received for you to look at.
It seems the email content is in HTML but you send it as text.
Did you update Mail format at survey level after editing email ?

I found the send email as html tab under the Participant settings and this seems to have fixed the issue. I sent myself a test email and the problem seems to have been resolved.
