So i set a quota for terminates to zero based on if they say "No" to QSA, including a url to be directed to. But every time a respondent answers "No" to QSA they are directed to the 'end url' of the project rather than the terminate url.

That is basically impossible, because even if you would want to, LS wouldn't do that. Because a lot of people in the past were asking for something like this and it doesn't work like that.

Strange.

First the basics: What LS version?
Do you have a little LSS file, where you can show us the behavior?

Can you show a screenshot where you set the "terminate URL" (URL for the zero quota) and where you set the end URL?

On other thing: How many questions are there after the QSA question?

It's an older version of limesurvey, but i'm not sure exactly...and can't get to it right now.

I did try something that allowed the terminate quota url to work...i turned off the "automatically load url when survey complete"...but then the completes don't go directly to the "end url", the respondent is just presented with a link to click.

If i set it to 'auto load the url when survey is complete...the terminates go to the 'end url' link instead of the 'terminate' quota link.

I reset it to 'auto load url' and it's working now....go figure.
