I have the following issue. I have created and activated my survey and in the "Survey settings" --> "Overview" tab I copied the default url and I tried to use it for reaching the survey, but it didn't work.
When I click on the link, the following message appear:
"Error
We are sorry but the survey is expired and no longer available.
Please contact xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ( xxxxxxxxx@xxxxx ) for further assistance.
For further information please contact :
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx "
Move to «Please report here if you have questions or problems how to setup your survey. »
