Hi. I have 2 separate LS installations. I am trying to copy a survey from one to the other using the .lss file. I receive the error message: 'Invalid survey ID'. The survey appears in the survey list but with no title and it is not clickable. What am I doing wrong here? Thanks

Are both installations the same version? From which version to which version are you transferring?

  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
