Template Permissions not saving

When I give a user permission to use a template it appears to save correctly, but when you look again the permission is not saved.

I get the pop-up saying permissions were saved, but they don't save.

Any ideas?

You didn't mention the LimeSurvey version.
If it is LS 3.x you can submit a bugreport.
LS 2.X is no longer in development.

It's version 3.14.8

I am surprised this issue has not been raised by others, I will submit a bug report.

Before you submit a bug report, you should try if the problem persists in the latest version of LS.

Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
