I have used Array (10 Point Choice) for a survey question that will ask respondents to rate between 1 to 10.
When I added this question type, I could see 'No answer' choice is added by default. Please let me know how can I get rid of this option from the scale. Please refer to the attached image.

The "no answer" is added to mandatory questions if you set this in the admin of your installation an/or the survey. So just change this setting and you will be good.

If you want to change other things of the 10-Point array scale, just use the normal array type question and you can create your own scale.
