Hello all,

I am trying to incorporate HTML code for a PayPal button on the End Message of my survey. (I'm using it as a registration form for a program, and want to collect the initial deposit.)

We have been testing the survey, and when the PayPal button is clicked, it bounces back to the survey start page instead.

Why is this happening? Is there a way to prevent it?

Did you test with disabling "Ajax mode" in theme option ?
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.

You could use the end URL to redirect to an HTML page with your PayPal form.

Might be a problem with having a form within a form...
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

Thanks, everyone.

@jelo: I'm using LS Version 3.14.8+180829 using an extension of the "fruity" theme. (I know there is a LS update available, but have not yet updated.)

@DenisChenu: The Ajax Mode option is already turned off.

@holch: That was my suspicion, although since it is on the post-survey confirmation page, I would hope that wouldn't be the case...

@tpartner: I think that will be my short-term fix, although I'd love to eliminate that step.

Any other suggestions or possible fixes would be very appreciated!
