In set conditions i am not able to see the answers of questions until I set the condition as blank then delete condition. After doing this, the answers get visible in order to set condition properly.

Can be a bug. Can be an issue with the survey structure? Did you have that issue with all surveys? Or only with one or a few ones?

You should open a bugreport. It might be a sideeffect of a fix in 3.14.8.

Still not able to reproduce but I have reported this issue in bug tracker
