the answer options are repeated at every radio button row - how can I disable this?

I havn't been using limesurvey for about 1 year, but all of the former studies seem to have the same issue now (as it is when I create a new survey, group or question).

I am using Version 2.71.1 + 170927

It looks to me like you are using an old incompatible template. Try with one of the core templates.
