I am using LimeSurvey Pro, the free version and I am planning to upgrade to Enterprise as soon as I finish up my questionnaire.

I have prepared my survey, and now I want to set conditions on my possible answers so that if, for example, the answer to the first question is“A”, the answer choices for the next question should be“C” or “D”.
Respectively, if the answer to the first question is “B”, the answer choices for the next question should be“E” or “F”.

It shows better in the first attachment.




How can I do that?

I tried to set conditions on the second question so that the system does what I need, but I am unable to select the answer choices for the first question.
The second attachment shows what I see when I am trying to set the conditions. Am I at the right place? And if yes, what exactly should I do to set the conditions that I need?

But I think you are trying to filter the second question (single response) on the first question (also single response)

This is not possible directly.
You have to create a multiple question between these two, select the desired answer options by an equation -
select answer option "C", if A was selected in Q1
select answer option "D", if A was selected in Q1
select answer option "E", if B was selected in Q1
...

Of course these two questions are hidden.

Now you set the array filter of your second question to the multiple question.
