I don't know why, but I still can't login to the bug tracker, so I'm posting here. In my Apache error file I found this:

[error][client xxx] AH00687: Negotiation: discovered file(s) matching request:/xxx/limesurvey/tmp/assets/a56c2697/font-src/Noto/NotoSans-Italic (None could be negotiated).
When I looked into the folder and compared to other font folders I saw that the Noto folder only had ttf files. After I uploaded the eot, svg and woff versions the error didn't occur again in the log. Strangely it affects only the italic version but not the other files...
If you don't see a login mask, you might be already logged in as guest.
If that is the case, you need to logout first and than again login with your credentials.
