When we put an online survey and provide the link as soon as someone accesses the link to view the survey automatically a blank record is recorded even if nothing has been done in the survey, ie no field is answered.
This means that if 30 people just click on the link and open an inquiry, a record is immediately recorded.
Can this be avoided?

I don't really see the problem. You can delete those entries relatively easy and you can also just export the completed results only.

No, not that I know of.

The responses need to be recorded page by page. So even if someone is not finishing, the information is saved by default.

However, you can filter easily only those that have finished.

Because there is also the option for them to go back to the survey and finish what they have started.

No, all records which are submitted get the status completed. Most functions in LimeSurvey allow to filter incompletes. So you can work with incomplete, complete and all responses.
