Language switcher not working

More

I created a survey and added to languages to it, Portuguese (Brasilian) and Spanish (Mexico), both enabled in the general preferences too. I can see the switcher in my survey but when I choose a different language nothing happens. I tried different templates, different languages, but nothing... Any clue?

It works for me with the vanilla and bootswatch themes in 3.0.5.

Please update and retest.

Did you translate into the second language? Otherwise the second language will use the text from the first language. However, the standard texts of Limesurvey should be changing though, even if you did not translate the survey texts.

Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
Note: I answer at this forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.

Yes, we did the translations. In any case I'll try to switch to 3.0.5 and test again. Tx.
