I have two questions...d8 and d9. The D9 response list should only include answers that the respondent gave from Question D8. This is working for another question in the survey, but not for this particular question.

Is D8 conditionally shown?

If so, you may need something like:
Otherwise, check that you have correct sub-question codes for D8.

Isn't Arrayfiltering an option?

Yes, unless D8 is an array with an answer code "Y".

I tried setting the relevance in D9 to the format: D8_01.NAOK == 'Y'
That didn't work

Please attach an export of a small survey containing only those questions.
