cannot use resume later function : internal error was created by jorkataaa85

hi guys,
i do created a survey, works fine, but when user wants to resume later
he is being asked to create username and pass so he can contiue later

then user gets this message see attachment

how do i fix this

Hi Guys,

anyone familiar with the problem?

Once users want tuse function resume later, they are being asked for username and password

once the user establishes username and pass, there is an server error

is anybody familiar with the problem and what should be done in order to fix it??
