We've a survey in place where all answers are required. The submissions for these surveys (and the relavent database tables) appear to be predominately blank, however. Either the respondents are, somehow, skipping to the last page or their answers aren't being recorded for whatever reason. What might be the cause of this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
