Anyone out there who might know how to fix this? I am working from a Humboldt University account. Of course I could just repeat the survey creation but then who tells me that is will not be broken the next day? Is this a bug?

Yes, you're right but the problem can be observed already at the second question, no need to go through all 'slides'. Simply fill in whatever you like for Q1, go straight to Q2 and try to play the audio.
With Windows 10 it plays some parts of the audio on some machines, with Safari it does not play anything today but did so perfectly well yesterday. I did not change a thing but I cannot listen to the files on the computer I created the survey on anymore (nor on a variety of other machines), though - of course I tested it with this computer (MacBook Pro) yesterday. Seems as if something has 'bewitched' the survey tonight. Strange.
