Alignment of options (balls) on multichoice issues was created by acury
I do not know what happened, some themes put the option (ball) above the option that the user can choose (see attached screen), how to make the option align to the left side? (as in the default template)

Seems like you are using an old template with the newest Limesurvey version.
By the way, this is the portuguese version of the forum, so no English here. I'll move your request to the English forum.

Yes, as a rule, templates from pre-2.5 don't work in the latest version. Your best option is to modify a shipped template.

Perfect, I really thought that could be it, I chose to use a more recent template and the layout is now correct.
