I'd like to create a survey that can only be answered by logged accounts.

But using tokens a person without a login but possessing a token can gain access to the survey, I wanted it to be login-based...

tpartner give the core solution :) : you give token it's LIKE a login.

Else : you need to make it via development, LimeSurvey is ready for such part.
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.
