I created a participants table in non-anonymous survey. When I update token list, I have an issues: Lost token in participants table. How can I solve this problem? I've attached file to see it.
Thanks in advance!!

It is not "lost" you probably just didn't upload it. How does your token csv file look like? I guess there is no "Token" column, just "Token1", "Token2" and "Token3".

Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

I think it's correct, right?

Looks almost correct, but if you look at it, all other column headers are all small letters and your "Token" is the only one starting with an uppercase. Try "token" instead of "Token". This probably will solve your problem.
