I couldn't find where I can edit the Text Display question (linebreaks, font sizes, etc...).
What are the ways to design these types of questions? (if only through HTML how can I access and change specific question's html?)
You can write HTML directly into the question text (as for most parts of Limesurvey with text input like answer options, welcome and end text, etc.) or you can activate the WYSIWYG editor (which I usually do not recommend).

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
