URGENT: Working Surveys now can't load past first question page was created by RTOPS
Hi everyone!

Our research team has 2 well working surveys for a couple of weeks now, but we are experiencing problems since this morning: the first question page just keep reloading when we click "Next". We didn't change anything. Both surveys are based on the ubuntu orange template.

Update about the situation:

This message shows up when we try to apply the Comfort Update

PHP Error [400]
Token CSRF could not be verified (my translation from "Le Jeton CSFR n'a pas pu être vérifié" (french)

Running surveys rarely just stop working without any changes. Did someone do any update on the server?
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

Who is we? Are you doing your own server? Is hosting outsourced? Could be a lot of things.
First step would be a link to a demo survey or the actual survey to check things.

Here is what happened: our server was at full capacity, which cause the bug.
