Hi all,

We are not able to get Arithmetic mean and Standard deviation in the "export mode" page, it just put 0. The questions are 5 point choice questions and "Show in public statistics" also was activated. However the system shows the mean and SD in simple mode.

Does anyone have a solution for this error?

I have the same problem as well, as in the old version the arithmetic mean and standard deviation were available but now anymore in the new version - expert mode. Aside from that the response rate is not available as well in the survey list which very important feature of LimeSurvey.

Thank you Manel, I'm using version 170116 and still mean is "0" in export mode! I'm going to reinstall LimeSurvey again, maybe it works
