As you don't mention what the answer options in the dropdowns are, I am giving you this link to the manual for the array numbers question type which allows dropdowns as an option.

Thank you for your help, but I don't know how to install this link from DenisChenu (I don't know what to do with this .zip-file, I have a limesurvey online program/version), I use the Version 2.62.0+170124 and I installed the example survey from elissa's link, but it didn't work. Is there a easy solution for using text as answer option for my problem in the initial post?

your version is hosted on your server or somewhere else?

To install a plugin you unzip it and upload the entire folder to the "plugins" folder.
In "Configutation / Plugin manager" you have to activate this plugin.

That's it.

Anyway, maybe it is possible to include an "%" after the numerical answer options? I think this would be easier, see second picture.

Plugins need to be uploaded via FTP to the correct folder, only then they can be activated. So you will need to ask your friend to do this for you.

You need to move the plugin by FTP and respect the directory name (must be the same than php file name).
