Hello everyone,
is it possible to create horizontal lists?
I would like to create a scale from 0 to 10. The numbers in-between should be displayed as well.
The values 0 an 10 should be labelled with a short phrase.
Using a matrix instead does not work in this specific case due to design issues.
Best wishes,
Izumi

Although I managed to create a horizontal list via "number of columns", the result is not that satisfying. It is a scale from 0 to 10 and both ends are labelled with text (see
).
These texts are narrowed down in width to the width of the respective column which is quite narrow considering the total of 11 steps.
Is there any way to spread the text a littler further without detaching it from the start and ending point of the scale?
Why don't you use a array question with only one subquestion (you can even leave the subquestion text empty)?
But your problem is a general problem of "space". If you have a certain amount of columns, they usually have all the same width. If in one column you have more to insert than in others, it must fit into the available space.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
