I'm really sorry in advance if this is such an obvious question. In my survey I have a file upload question. When I activated the survey I got the message: The required directory for saving the uploaded files couldn't be created. Please check file premissions on the /upload/surveys directory.
When I tried downloading the files (I can see them in the survey responses), I got the message: file not found.
Are the files not stored anywhere? And how can I change this, I couldn't find the file permissions they were talking about in the first message.
