Hi,

We are currently using version 2.50+ Build 160718.

Apologies for asking such a basic question but I know I'll be asked for a solution.

I have a number of users creating surveys, and they have reported that when they try to delete a question group, the page hangs (in Firefox), or generates an http error 500 (in Chrome).

Does anyone know why this might be happening and where I can go/what I can do to fix it?

yes, that's true.
I could reproduce it, and had the same problem months ago.

But it's fixed.
So, an update is advisable.

The latest version maybe? B)

Under "Details" you can also find information on what has changed since the previous release.
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
