For some reasons 3 of our SuperUsers can issue SU access but the other 4 cannot. Why is this? Is there some form of Super SuperUser access and if so, how do you control this?

For the 4, there is no SuperUser checkbox in the manage user section but there is for the other 3.

Please provide the version/build of LimeSurvey.
