My problem is fairly simple: I have created a token-access survey with a carefully designed welcome page (images, formatted text etc), and by turning on tokens my welcome page is seconded by a token-entry page. I was expecting to collect tokens in a box on my welcome page, but either I'm being really daft or it just isn't an option...can anyone help me out?
As I said, I'm semi-novice, so I'd rather not go poking around in the css files etc unless it's a last resort as I'd likely break something. Any advice very gratefully received!
