I am not quite sure whether I encountered a possible bug or am just missing something, but the answers of question type dropdown are not displayed unless I enable the "other" option.
The question header is displayed and I see all the items that are supposed to be in the list in the HTML, but the entire answer container has "style=display: none;" on it. However, when I enable the "other" option the style is gone and the answers are displayed as intended.
I tested this behaviour with different design templates and with newly created surveys.
Hi, HeiN3r,
well, in the attachments I show that it works in default template - both with "Other" option and without "Other" option .
So we need more information, especially what is "different design templates".
Best regards
Joffm
Volunteers are not paid.
Not because they are worthless, but because they are priceless
With different design templates I meant that I tried the default one, as well as newspaper, ubuntu and a custom one that I made. All with the same effect.
The error must have something to do with the update on 2.5 because I did not appear with the 2.05 version but I have no idea what it could be.
I'm actually facing the same problem with the question type list/dropdown. I have the list of options for the dropdown added, but it does not show in the preview - cf. screenshots attached. The survey is copied from an earlier round in which the dropdown list had worked without problems (that was last year).
Version 2.50+ Build 160725
Firefox version 47.0
Default template (but I've also tried others, same problem)
Let me know if you need any more info from my side.
Hope you can help me figure this out...
