I created a survey three months ago. Until recently, all radio buttons were fine with RTL language (Hebrew). As I had to change something, I found that the buttons are positioned over the text, if it's longer than 5 characters (see the attached file). I'm using the latest build (limesurvey250plus-build160606). I'm using the default template.
Make sure to clear your cache and test again.
If you can give a test link, post it here.
If you have tested and confirmed the problem with different browsers and different devices (clean cache), you should create a bug report. Ideally add an example survey where the problem appears.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
