Is the any way to create a 6 point array question?
I do not mean 6th "other" option.

I want to create a custom (full) 6 answers like:
Excellent - 6 points
Very good - 5 points
Good - 4 points
Satisfactory - 3 points
Poor - 2 points
Very poor - 1 point

My intention is to gather answers within the range of 1 to 6 and then get the average out of it.
Eg, Orange 2 is rated as 5,47. Orange is 2.34 etc.
Maybe that helps:

	Excelent	Very good	Good	Satisfactory	Poor	Very poor
Orange	6
Orange2				4
Orange3		5
Orange4						1
