Hi,
I'm using Version 2.50+ Build 160506, but I already saw this "issue" in previous 2.50+ builds.
When i go to response view I have the table view with Titles/Data in the columns shifted.
This occurs in correspondence of the "Upload a File" question when I try to hide "Title" or "Comment" in the question settings.
If I let LimeSurvey show both title and comments the Title/Data in columns are in the right place.
I attach an image to explain it better.
