Cannot upload images with KCFinder, get message "Cannot write to upload folder" was created by egokibelier

I installed LimeSurvey 2.50+. when I want to upload a image with KCFinder, I get the message "Cannot write to upload folder"

the permissions are set as follows:

I am getting that message, What can be the problem?
