How to reproduce:
1. Add a new attribute in cpdb.
2. Add a new participant.
3. Add a new attribute in a survey.
4. Add this participant from cpdb to the survey.
5. In the "Map your participant attributes to an existing token attribute or create a new one" I just can't map attributes.
